Senior Director, Total Rewards

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and delivery of global compensation, equity, and benefits programs, the Senior Director, Total Rewards will manage an approximately eight-person team in a remote, contract role while partnering with senior leaders to build scalable and equitable programs that align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global Total Rewards strategy that attracts and retains talent across technology and cybersecurity sectors
• Oversee equity strategy, global compensation programs, and job architecture while ensuring compliance and governance standards are met
• Collaborate with executive leadership and external advisors on executive compensation strategy and market analysis

Required qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in global Total Rewards programs, including compensation and benefits
• Proven track record of guiding Total Rewards strategy during significant organizational growth or IPO preparations
• Strong advisory experience with executives and Compensation Committees, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations
• Deep knowledge of equity strategy and governance, including compensation structures and pay equity practices
• Experience leading large-scale HRIS or compensation technology implementations, including data migration and system integrations
