Senior Director, Value-Based Care

Job Summary

Leading the value-based contracting strategy, the full-time Senior Director, Value-Based Care will negotiate and manage complex provider relationships remotely, ensuring alignment with cost and quality performance goals across the Care Delivery Organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute value-based contracting strategies, partnering with various departments to negotiate high-value contracts
• Lead negotiations for complex provider arrangements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and building strong provider relationships
• Oversee contract performance and strategic planning, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve objectives across value-based agreements

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in value-based contract negotiation within managed care or healthcare services
• Expert-level negotiating skills with complex arrangement structures such as full-risk and shared savings
• Proven ability to analyze medical claims data and identify cost mitigation opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care models and Medicare Advantage contracting frameworks
