Senior Dispatcher

Job Summary

To support vehicle operations, the full-time Senior Dispatcher will assess and assign Service Providers for requested repairs, communicate estimated arrival times to customers, and manage any delays while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and assign open events to appropriate Service Providers for repairs
• Communicate estimated times of arrival and any delays to customers and management
• Assist with customer inquiries and collaborate with New Call/Follow Up Reps as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Two years of relevant experience; industry experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of diesel mechanics
• Must have been a Coordinator-Dispatcher II for at least one year
