Job Summary

Leading quality strategies for the Medicaid Drug Rebate solution, the full-time Senior Drug Rebate Quality Assurance will ensure compliance, guide junior team members, and serve as a liaison for internal teams and client stakeholders in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and refine quality assurance strategies for the Medicaid Drug Rebate solution
• Maintain drug rebate solution standards and provide expertise to stakeholders
• Develop quality assurance documentation and evaluate work products for quality assessment

Required qualifications

• Four or more years of experience with Medicaid Drug Rebate systems
• Three or more years applying quality assurance principles to Medicaid Drug Rebate processes
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience querying in RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, testing, and defect resolution
