Senior Drupal Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), the full-time remote Senior Drupal Engineer will implement, configure, and optimize enterprise-scale Drupal platforms while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Drupal implementations focused on enterprise-scale solutions and multi-site deployments
- Design and modify custom multi-step workflows and manage email and in-app notification templates
- Mentor junior and mid-level Drupal engineers and provide technical oversight for security hardening and performance optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of experience in web development, primarily focused on Drupal
- Strong custom Drupal module development in PHP
- Experience with JSON:API and role-based permissions
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
