Job Summary
To support the development of custom software solutions in an established insurance technology environment, a full-time Senior Duck Creek Engineer will focus on backend engineering, API development, and integrations involving Duck Creek Policy and Rating while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance backend APIs, integrations, and custom software components within the Duck Creek ecosystem
- Work hands-on with Duck Creek Policy and Rating to support insurance workflows and platform functionality
- Design, implement, and improve reliable software components within an existing enterprise technology environment
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Rating in implementation, customization, configuration, or software development
- Strong backend development experience, including API development and system integrations
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET/C#, Ruby, or similar backend technologies
- Ability to use AI coding tools effectively to accelerate implementation and solve problems
- Capability to work independently through complex technical challenges and deliver maintainable solutions
