Senior eCommerce Operations Manager
Job Summary
Offering a remote, full-time opportunity, the Senior eCommerce Operations Manager will manage B2B and eProcurement integrations, lead operational readiness for new capabilities, and serve as a strategic partner across various teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational ownership of B2B and eProcurement integrations, defining standards and success criteria
- Lead relationships with third-party marketplaces and procurement platforms, establishing governance models and performance expectations
- Own operational UAT strategy and release readiness, ensuring workflows and integrations are validated prior to launch
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy development and execution
- Deep knowledge of enterprise B2B eCommerce operations and eProcurement ecosystems
- Expertise with procurement integrations such as punchout catalogs, EDI, OCI, and cXML
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms and vendor governance
