Senior EDI Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Senior EDI Integration Engineer will manage production support, incident management, and continuous improvement for a mission-critical supply chain integration environment, working remotely while aligning with PST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transaction flows and serve as the technical point person during major incidents, coordinating support resources
- Troubleshoot inbound/outbound EDI transactions and support onboarding, testing, and remediation of EDI integrations
- Validate transaction status using Azure tools and troubleshoot across Azure services, SQL databases, and D365
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise integration, application support, EDI, cloud engineering, or production support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and Azure Monitor
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- Ability to troubleshoot distributed applications and trace transactions across multiple systems
- Understanding of EDI concepts and flows, with a willingness to learn D365 support
