Senior EDI Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance EDI solutions within the organization, the full-time Senior EDI Technical Support Specialist will perform analysis and support for EDI activities, collaborating with various teams while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and support AS2/SFTP connections for EDI communications
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of supported EDI formats
- Proactively monitor EDI system health and respond to alerts in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in EDI ANSI X12 support and development
- 5+ years of experience in SAP EDI creation and processing
- 5+ years of experience with markup languages such as JSON and XML
- 4+ years of experience with Axway B2Bi Software and EDI development
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPivot
