Senior Editorial Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design and production of PIM Magazine from concept to completion, the remote Senior Editorial Designer will collaborate with the creative team to establish visual direction, create engaging layouts, and ensure high-quality print production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the design for each issue, translating editorial concepts into compelling visual experiences
• Manage the production process, including revisions, organization of design files, and preparation of print-ready materials
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and other creatives to ensure cohesive storytelling and maintain high design standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, particularly in editorial or publication design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• A portfolio demonstrating significant experience in magazine or long-form publication work
• Strong understanding of print production requirements and ability to prepare press-ready files
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple feedback rounds while meeting deadlines
