Senior Education Design Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Manager of Education Design, the successful candidate will manage and grow the resource library, evaluate offerings for relevance and innovation, and coordinate cross-team efforts related to resource development in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a multiyear resource development roadmap informed by educator feedback
• Drive project management and resource development efforts across teams
• Lead the development of new resources, including lessons and instructional materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with additional degrees in education, journalism, or communications preferred
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in K-12 education, with elementary-level experience as a plus
• Substantial instructional design experience and capability to create engaging learning activities
• Project management experience, either formal or informal
• Familiarity with major e-learning authoring tools and platforms
