Senior Education Specialist
Job Summary
To support new customers in effectively utilizing the Wealthbox platform, the remote Senior Education Specialist will lead onboarding processes, conduct educational sessions, and customize user experiences while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead education-driven onboarding for new customers, including kickoff calls and platform walkthroughs
- Consult with clients to translate their workflows into efficient processes within Wealthbox by configuring and customizing the platform
- Design and deliver live and recorded education sessions tailored to different customer needs and roles
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, education, or onboarding role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining software concepts to users of varying technical backgrounds
- Experience facilitating both one-on-one onboarding sessions and larger group webinars
- Familiarity with CRM software or financial services technology is a plus
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance customer education and workflow efficiency
