Senior EHR Analyst
Job Summary
To support the optimization and development of Electronic Health Record systems, the full-time Senior EHR Analyst will manage complex technical issues, lead system enhancements, and mentor junior analysts in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and day-to-day technical support to end-users
- Lead efforts to optimize EHR system performance and usability through workflow assessments and cross-application integration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with EHR vendors to support implementation projects and system upgrades
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience as an EHR Application Analyst or in a related healthcare information systems role
- Current Epic Certification
- Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, workflows, and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or equivalent productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
