Senior Electrical Engineer, PE

Job Summary

Leading project execution and technical development, the full-time Senior Electrical Engineer, PE will coordinate engineering tasks, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure quality outcomes across various locations including Lakewood, CO, West Chester, PA, Houston, TX, Austin, TX, and Lincolnshire, IL, with remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project design scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring efficient project completion to client satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate a design team, providing technical support during field investigations and ensuring compliance with design decisions
• Consult with clients on project methods and equipment, while monitoring contractor performance and reporting progress

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience
• Registered Professional Engineer with an active NCEES account and ability to obtain registration in additional states
• Experience with medium-voltage electrical systems and familiarity with software such as SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower
• Knowledge of EVSE, microgrids, solar energy facilities, and backup power systems is preferred
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance is required
