Job Summary
Owning email campaigns and HubSpot Marketing Hub operations, the full-time Senior Email Marketing Manager will lead high-performing email programs, build automation, and support cross-functional teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage email strategy, calendar, and deployment of campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences, especially during seasonal peaks
- Oversee Marketing Hub administration, including data quality audits, integrations, and training for colleagues
- Develop workflows for lead management and optimize audience engagement and deliverability through targeted strategies
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation, with 2+ years of admin-level HubSpot experience
- Deep understanding of Marketing Hub functionalities, including workflows, segmentation, and reporting
- HubSpot Inbound and Marketing Hub Software certifications or ability to earn them within 90 days
- Proven experience in lead nurture and lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
