Job Summary
Driving the execution and growth of email and SMS marketing programs, the full-time Senior Email Marketing Specialist will own the channel strategy, design and execute campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analyze performance data to enhance engagement and revenue growth in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the email channel strategy, setting priorities and goals to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Design, build, and execute email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to increase engagement and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and report insights to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with email regulations and best practices
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
- Thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles and practices
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or a related field
