Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Encounter Data Management Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business processes for timely and successful submissions of encounters with errors to Medicaid/Medicare
• Ensure encounters with errors meet or exceed service level agreements through reporting, collaboration, and trend analysis
• Make decisions on reporting needs, inventory management, and process efficiencies to improve productivity

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of health insurance experience
• Medical claims processing experience
• Prior work with developing and trending reports
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
