Senior Endpoint Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the maintenance, enhancement, and security of enterprise systems, the full-time Senior Endpoint Administrator will troubleshoot complex system issues, implement technical solutions, and manage infrastructure and application environments in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Administers and supports enterprise infrastructure and systems, including servers, storage, and cloud-based platforms
• Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues, including hardware failures and software problems
• Implements system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and security

Required qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in systems administration supporting mid-to-large enterprise environments required
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting infrastructure components and enterprise applications required
• 3-5 years of experience with access and security administration in enterprise platforms preferred
• Relevant certification in systems administration preferred
