Job Summary
Owning the health and lifecycle of the enterprise Windows environment, the contract Senior Endpoint Engineer will manage SCCM/MECM and Intune deployments, troubleshoot Windows 365 Cloud PCs, and collaborate across teams to resolve complex endpoint issues remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer SCCM/MECM and Intune, including packaging, patching, and compliance management
- Provision and troubleshoot Windows 365 Enterprise Cloud PCs while leveraging Azure fundamentals
- Investigate and resolve complex endpoint issues, mentoring Help Desk staff to drive permanent fixes
Required qualifications
- Deep operational experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune for policy management across Windows and mobile/iOS
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and proficiency in PowerShell for automation
- Working knowledge of Azure, including Entra ID and networking fundamentals
- Proven experience in driving root cause analysis on escalated support issues
- Passion for mentoring and facilitating cross-team collaboration
