Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager responsible for managing the successful deployment of solutions and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary client contact for multiple large and complex client engagements
  • Lead project teams throughout the delivery process and manage project functions including scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identify gaps in solution delivery and propose solutions while mentoring team members to achieve service objectives

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a professional services organization with consulting experience
  • 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred
  • Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification is desirable
