Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager responsible for managing the successful deployment of solutions and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact for multiple large and complex client engagements
- Lead project teams throughout the delivery process and manage project functions including scope, schedule, and budget
- Identify gaps in solution delivery and propose solutions while mentoring team members to achieve service objectives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a professional services organization with consulting experience
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred
- Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification is desirable
