Senior Engagement Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Engagement Manager will oversee the successful delivery of client-facing projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within scope, and on budget from kickoff through close-out.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Track and analyze project budget performance, identifying and reporting on risks and blockers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring proper project close-out
Required qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, preferably with enterprise software
- A degree with a commitment to ongoing project management career growth
- Experience with project management practices and tools for tracking performance
- Ability to work effectively with large, diverse virtual teams under pressure
- Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors is a plus
