Senior Engagement Manager
Job Summary
Leading the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy for the company's largest clients, the full-time Senior Engagement Manager will manage enterprise SaaS implementations, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives and contractual commitments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact for delivery, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Oversee project delivery against scope, schedule, and budget while managing engagement financials and risks
- Drive AI adoption and guide clients through the transition from manual workflows to AI-assisted operations, tracking value realization throughout the engagement lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software and/or services delivery experience, with at least 2 years as a project, program, or engagement lead
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and into adoption
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation fundamentals, including workspace architecture and change management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing engagement budgets and change requests
- Hands-on experience with AI and the ability to advise clients on automation integration
