Senior Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Engineer will take technical ownership of core areas of internal and external web platforms, ensuring code quality, shaping architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers while working in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver new features and services, making technical decisions around structure and maintainability
- Lead design discussions and drive alignment on problem-solving across the technology stack
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide hands-on coaching to mid-level and junior developers
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, particularly with PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel preferred)
- Strong frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, ideally Vue 3 and TypeScript
- Proficiency in database design and performance optimization
- Practical experience with Docker, cloud services (AWS preferred), and CI/CD pipelines
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for technical discussions
