Job Summary
To lead the technical direction of scalable, AI-powered software development, the full-time Senior Engineer will guide full stack teams in a fully remote environment, focusing on modern languages, advanced frameworks, and cloud-native systems.
Key responsibilities
- Define multi-year architectural direction for full stack systems and AI-driven products, emphasizing scale, resilience, and security
- Oversee engineering delivery across multiple squads, ensuring consistency, velocity, and reliability through best practices and CI/CD
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize work, unblock teams, and represent engineering in executive forums
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep experience in modern full stack development and cloud-native systems
- Hands-on expertise with advanced languages and frameworks such as Python, Go, TypeScript, and React
- Strong command of DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code
