Senior Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on building scalable design and content enablement capabilities, the full-time Senior Engineer will serve as a technical expert in application and systems engineering, providing architectural guidance and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop business-critical technology solutions while ensuring alignment with long-term enterprise strategy
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders to define engineering standards and integrate solutions effectively across the technology landscape
• Coach and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments with a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
• Expertise in developing scalable UI components using JavaScript or TypeScript, and experience with technologies such as React, Java, and AWS
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Experience in configuring and supporting Content Management Systems (CMS) for efficient content delivery
