Senior Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance model performance in autonomous driving tasks, the full-time Senior Engineer will work on large-scale solutions, collaborate with ML infrastructure teams, and conduct deep learning experiments, with the option to work remotely from any U.S. state.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop methods for extracting uncertainty and informativeness indicators to analyze model performance
- Collaborate with teams on workflows for continuous learning through iterative mining and error analysis
- Guide junior researchers on research projects and design document reviews
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related technical field
- Five years of post-bachelor's industry experience in software development and engineering principles
- Experience with Python and core AWS services (S3, RDS, Athena, Redshift, or EKS)
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and data modeling for analysis purposes
- Experience in architecting and shipping high-performance distributed systems in real-world robotics applications
