Job Summary
Collaborating with product teams, the full-time Senior Engineer - Agentic Development will translate early-stage ideation into structured Proof of Concepts, produce detailed specifications for coding agents, and ensure quality standards for agent-generated output while working remotely from Bulgaria.
Key responsibilities
- Translate product ideation into structured Proof of Concepts and establish technical feasibility
- Produce detailed specifications and acceptance criteria for coding agents, ensuring maintainable output
- Apply rigorous quality standards to agent-generated output and identify root causes of recurring errors
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in software engineering within large, complex codebases
- Practical experience with AI coding agents and understanding their capabilities and limitations
- Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly and produce unambiguous specifications
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms
- Experience with spec-driven development or regulated software delivery processes is advantageous
