Senior Engineer, AI Governance
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Engineer focused on Agentic Engineering Governance for Open Source software, the successful candidate will design and implement governance frameworks for AI coding agents, ensuring safe and effective use of these tools within the engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement guardrails, permission models, and policy-as-code controls for AI coding agents
- Establish organization-wide standards and acceptable-use policies for agentic software development
- Mentor team members on the compliant use of agentic coding tools and deliver training materials
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD frameworks, and modern DevOps patterns
- Significant hands-on experience with AI coding agents or assistants
- Experience with LLM platforms and APIs, including security considerations related to AI/LLM
- Technical knowledge of Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Microservices, preferably in AWS
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
