Senior Engineer, HR Systems
Job Summary
To support a growing HR technology ecosystem, the full-time Senior Engineer, HR Systems will design, develop, and optimize integrations across Workday and various enterprise applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical expert for Workday integration architecture, development, and production support
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions between Workday and other enterprise applications, ensuring data integrity and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate integration delivery, testing, and operational support activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integrations, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Workday integration
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with enterprise middleware platforms like Dell Boomi
- Strong understanding of integration security practices, including OAuth and encryption methods
