Senior Engineer, IT Strategy
Job Summary
To support the Global Medical Products and Distribution IT Strategy Integration team, the full-time Senior Engineer, IT Strategy will analyze segment applications and data flow integrations, lead stakeholder engagements, and recommend process improvements while primarily focusing on ERP and supply chain applications in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to analyze and document current and future state applications and data flow integration
- Identify and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Guide the segment team in executing future state roadmap activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in application development, business analysis, system analysis, or project management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and a deep understanding of supply chain processes
- Knowledge of AI concepts and experience applying AI tools to optimize workflows
- Proficiency with collaboration tools and process mapping applications
