Senior Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading North America technical engineering teams, the full-time Senior Engineering Director will manage technology strategy and operations for Supply Chain and Order Management Systems, overseeing a team of approximately 50 engineers and architects in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement modern technology solutions across supply chain platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and performance
• Oversee the end-to-end technology lifecycle of the Distributed Order Management platform, including roadmap planning and integration
• Provide leadership and direction to senior technology leaders, fostering collaboration across Supply Chain and Order Management teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role within supply chain technology and order management technology
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Distributed Order Management (DOM), with a preference for Manhattan applications
• Proven experience in implementing large-scale Supply Chain technology solutions and managing technology architecture roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics to drive strategic decision-making
