Job Summary
Leading a high-performing distributed team, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will drive AI Measurement & Evaluation, optimize AI effectiveness, and build scalable infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineering managers and senior software engineers
- Drive AI Measurement & Evaluation by developing frameworks to assess AI tool effectiveness
- Collaborate with executive leadership and product management to productize AI platform capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering managers or leading senior/principal engineers
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or developer tooling
- Experience with applied AI/ML systems and AI evaluation frameworks
