Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Custody team in a remote or onsite capacity, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will oversee technical strategy, manage a team of engineers, and guide the design of core custody systems to support the company's investment ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of senior engineers while fostering a supportive environment
• Own the technical strategy and roadmap, translating business goals into actionable priorities
• Guide the design and evolution of custody systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with operational controls

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing highly technical teams
• Direct experience with RIA and broker-dealer custody systems at scale
• Understanding of the broker-dealer operating model and data flow across financial entities
• Experience collaborating with compliance and operations teams on engineering decisions
• Knowledge of the lifecycle of securities and implications for customer cash and positions
