Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE or infrastructure, or data platform engineering
- 4+ years managing high-performing technical teams and developing talent
- Deep expertise with modern data warehousing systems like Snowflake or Google BigQuery
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and infrastructure workload management
- Experience defining data security and platform SLAs
