Job Summary
The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead two teams focused on enhancing Render's onboarding and activation experiences for both users and AI agents, operating in a remote or on-site capacity in San Francisco.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow teams focused on human onboarding and agent platform experiences
- Own the roadmap for the self-serve user journey from initial touch to monetization and feature adoption
- Drive the development of API-driven experiences for agent integration with Render
Required qualifications
- Strong people leadership skills with proven experience managing and developing senior engineers
- Hands-on experience with code review and prototyping
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with a growth mindset
- Experience building and scaling multiple engineering teams
- Ability to collaborate closely with product and design teams
