Senior Engineering Manager
Job Summary
To scale the MSP/MSSP team, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead engineering efforts to enhance NodeZero's platform capabilities for Managed Service Providers and Managed Security Service Providers, driving operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of engineers focused on multi-tenant platform capabilities for MSP and MSSP partners
- Drive the platform strategy for MSP and MSSP use cases, ensuring alignment with partner needs through collaboration with various departments
- Balance partner support and operational needs while executing on a roadmap of platform improvements and new capabilities
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams building and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale
- Strong technical background in multi-tenancy, account hierarchies, and delegated administration
- Proven track record of managing complex platform capabilities from design through production
- Experience with partner or channel software models such as MSP, MSSP, or co-branded platforms
- Strong working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
