Senior Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading two teams in the Clinical Division, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will own the engineering health and technical direction of the clinician order pipeline and patient continuity experience, ensuring high performance and effective delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set performance standards, provide feedback, and manage career growth for engineers across multiple teams
- Own roadmap execution and remove blockers to maintain a high operating pace for team delivery
- Act as the engineering counterpart to product managers and designers, shaping project scope and ensuring alignment between discovery and delivery
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience, including oversight of multiple teams or tech leads
- At least 10 years of experience delivering software in a production environment
- Proven track record in performance management and developing engineers
- Professional experience with open source programming languages
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI development tooling and team adoption strategies
