Senior Engineering Manager
Job Summary
The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead and develop a team of engineers, drive execution across top-of-the-funnel workstreams, and establish technical direction while fostering a high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and coach engineers to support their career growth and skill development
- Drive team outcomes by ensuring the delivery of measurable customer and business value
- Establish and refine agile practices to optimize processes and improve developer velocity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- 2+ years of experience managing other engineering managers or leading senior/principal engineering teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or developer tooling
- Experience with applied AI/ML systems and collaborating with product managers and designers
