Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team of full-stack engineers to enhance the guest web ordering experience for restaurants, focusing on product development, experimentation, and team growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize the experimentation engine to increase guest conversion rates across various ordering components
• Lead the development of systems that ensure menu quality and reliability for enterprise and multi-location brands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on product roadmaps, making critical decisions on feature implementation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience, leading teams of 6-10+ engineers on customer-facing products
• Proven track record in running growth or conversion programs, including metrics analysis and A/B testing
• Experience in scaling products for enterprise or multi-location customers
• Technical credibility in full-stack web development (React/TypeScript, Node.js) and data-heavy systems
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage complex roadmaps and team workloads
