Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead a high-performing engineering team in a remote environment, focusing on building and scaling new products and platform capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategy and ensure technical excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering squad while influencing the broader direction and operating model
• Partner with Product, Design, and Business Development to define a multi-quarter product and engineering strategy
• Anticipate cross-team dependencies and delivery risks, establishing mechanisms for early resolution

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading engineering teams
• Experience delivering reliable, customer-facing products while coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong technical judgment and depth in backend systems or API design
• Demonstrated success in building healthy, inclusive teams and creating growth opportunities
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, Redis, or PostgreSQL is a plus
