Job Summary
The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, oversee product delivery across web and mobile platforms, and partner with Product and Design to align technical work with customer needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and growing an engineering team, managing hiring, onboarding, and performance development
- Owning the delivery process from planning to production readiness for web, mobile, and backend experiences
- Setting technical direction and establishing an AI-forward engineering culture to enhance product development
Required qualifications
- Experience managing and growing engineering teams, including recruiting and performance management
- Proven track record of delivering complex customer-facing products end to end
- Strong background in guiding architecture and engineering practices across web or mobile applications
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their application in real engineering workflows
- Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and AWS infrastructure
