Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Machine Learning Data Enablement team, focusing on enhancing data evaluation velocity and reducing time-to-production for high-value data sources in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for data integration, quality, and infrastructure for ML applications
• Set and execute the technical strategy to improve data evaluation velocity and streamline production processes
• Drive the implementation of data quality frameworks and establish clear ownership across the data lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 8 years of engineering experience with 3 years in people management
• Experience owning production data pipelines for both offline training and online inference
• Proven track record in building and scaling data systems using modern technology stacks
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and ML stakeholders
• Experience designing data quality frameworks and observability for production systems
