The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will own the delivery of Honeycomb Private Cloud, drive product growth, and lead cross-organizational collaboration in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the delivery of Honeycomb Private Cloud, including infrastructure, tooling, and operational processes
- Grow the product to meet sales goals and build relationships with enterprise customers
- Lead collaboration across engineering teams to ensure alignment between SaaS and Private Cloud initiatives
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as an Engineering Manager for a highly technical team
- Proven track record in engineering and managing production on-call rotations
- Experience operating software in environments like on-prem, private cloud, or managed single-tenant
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS, capable of reviewing designs and participating in incident reviews
- Experience in hiring and onboarding engineers in a complex domain
