Job Summary
The full-time salaried Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Infrastructure team in a remote environment, overseeing cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and incident response while driving strategic platform initiatives and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a high-performance engineering team focused on infrastructure and platform development
- Own the infrastructure platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability for all engineering teams
- Shift the team's operating model towards self-serve infrastructure, prioritizing strategic work over routine support requests
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of engineering leadership experience, particularly with infrastructure or platform teams
- 5+ years of experience as a Software or Infrastructure Engineer, with a strong technical background
- Proven experience in transitioning to a self-serve platform model
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure at scale (AWS) and observability tooling (e.g., Datadog)
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and leading AI adoption within teams
