Senior Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of software developers and QA testers, the fully remote Senior Engineering Manager will deliver high-quality releases for cloud-based SaaS and mobile applications while managing sprints and ensuring effective collaboration across distributed teams.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage software developers and QA testers, overseeing hiring, performance management, and coaching
- Plan and run sprints, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Own the release cycle end to end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
- Must have started career as a software engineer/developer
- 10+ years of software industry experience, including 3+ years managing developers and/or QA engineers
- Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum teams and managing release cycles independently
- Solid hands-on experience with C# .NET, MAUI, MS SQL Server, and Azure is strongly preferred
