Senior Engineering Manager
Job Summary
The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team of 10-15 engineers in building agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows, setting technical direction and driving team growth in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of AI & Forward Deployed Engineers to build agent orchestration and evaluation pipelines from the ground up
- Set technical strategy for agent architecture, including planning loops and multi-agent coordination
- Drive the implementation of an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) approach across the organization
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years managing engineering teams
- Direct experience building or operating LLM-powered systems and orchestration frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering an AIDLC implementation that replaced traditional development practices
- Strong knowledge of AWS services related to agent hosting and orchestration
- Experience with Python and FastAPI for backend services, and working knowledge of React for frontend development
