Senior Engineering Manager
Job Summary
The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Partner Data Ingestion team through a multi-vertical platform migration, ensuring revenue accuracy and overseeing the transition to modern ingestion systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineers at various levels, ensuring high-quality execution of projects
- Own revenue accuracy by managing partner files, pricing rules, and data reconciliation with Finance
- Drive the migration from legacy ingestion systems to a modern platform, coordinating with stakeholders to manage timelines and delivery commitments
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience managing an engineering team
- Proven success in owning production data pipelines or ingestion platforms, preferably in FinTech
- Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience in Snowflake and AWS
- Experience leading migrations from legacy systems to new platforms while maintaining production operations
