Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering management experience in platform, CI/CD, DevTools, or infrastructure engineering
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java (Spring Boot), Groovy, Python, or shell scripting
- Proven track record in implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows to enhance platform reliability
- Deep technical expertise in modern CI/CD architectures and toolchains, including Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, and AWS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
