Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a globally distributed team, the full-time Senior Engineering Manager will oversee the Salesforce ecosystem and full-stack microservices, driving the architectural vision and engineering standards for the Go-To-Market systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and Salesforce developers while managing sprint planning and resource allocations
• Set architectural vision and engineering standards across Salesforce and custom applications, ensuring high reliability of data flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate revenue strategies into scalable technical solutions and drive foundational initiatives

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, including 4+ years of people management experience with teams of 15+ members
• Deep architectural knowledge of the Salesforce platform and mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation
• Strong technical background in modern backend and full-stack development using languages such as Java, Node.js, or Python
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures, along with strong relational database design skills
• Exceptional communication skills to present technical trade-offs to business stakeholders and bridge gaps across global teams
