Job Summary
The full-time Senior Engineering Manager will lead two engineering squads focused on platform infrastructure and integrations, driving technical direction, managing delivery, and fostering team growth in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Act as product owner for Platform and Integrations, prioritizing needs and developing a clear roadmap
- Set and maintain technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and managing tech debt
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and oversee hiring and onboarding for engineering teams
Required qualifications
- Advanced-level English proficiency, especially in speaking and writing
- At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams of 10-15 people
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on skills in Java, Python, or Go
- Product management experience, including roadmap ownership and stakeholder prioritization
- Experience with DevOps/infrastructure practices, including cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
